At Levinson Leather Goods, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with the patina and quality of their artisanal leather purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the leather goods in their original dust bag and box to prevent scratching, and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the item reaches our workshop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
